Facade Restoration & Painting

Full facade restoration and repainting across three occupied residential buildings — 260 units that remained home to their families throughout the entire project. Working strictly to the engineer of record's specification, our crews executed structural stucco repairs, balcony restoration, full-building window caulking, and complete exterior painting as part of the property's recertification process. The buildings stayed fully occupied and operational from day one to final walkthrough: clean submittals, technical RFIs, weekly photo reports to the board, and resident notifications ahead of every phase. Delivered on schedule, with a written recommendation from the condominium board.

Restoration

Pool Equipment Room Door Replacement

Terra Solutions completed the replacement of the access door to the pool equipment room in a residential condominium in Brickell, Miami. The project included the careful demolition and enlargement of the existing masonry opening, structural preparation, installation of a new commercial-grade door and frame, and final restoration of the surrounding concrete and masonry surfaces to ensure a clean, durable, and code-compliant finish. This upgrade improved accessibility, security, and long-term performance while maintaining the integrity of the building’s service area.

Terra Solutions completed the full restoration of a residential kitchen following a water damage event. The project included moisture assessment, containment, specialized remediation, deep cleaning, drywall replacement, surface restoration, and preparation for the final finishes. Post-remediation laboratory testing confirmed that the affected areas were completely dry and free of moisture, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the occupants. This project restored both the structural integrity and functionality of the kitchen while preventing future moisture-related issues.
