Restoration

Cast Iron Sanitary Pipe Repair

Terra Solutions performed the repair and replacement of deteriorated cast iron sanitary piping within the lobby area of a condominium in Brickell, Miami. The project included selective demolition, containment and protection of occupied common areas, removal of damaged cast iron piping, installation of new sanitary piping, structural patching, and restoration of all affected finishes. All work was carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to residents while restoring the building’s sanitary drainage system safely and efficiently.

Custom Trellis Replacement & Installation

Terra Solutions completed the removal, fabrication, and installation of three custom trellis structures serving the pool area and residential terraces of a condominium in Miami. The project included the demolition and removal of the deteriorated structures, structural repairs to the existing supports, fabrication of new trellis components, corrosion protection, surface preparation, and the installation of the new assemblies, restoring both the appearance and long-term durability of these outdoor amenities. The completed project enhanced the property’s aesthetics, functionality, and structural reliability while preserving the architectural character of the condominium.

Restoration

Lake Villa Condominium Stairwell Restoration

Terra Solutions completed the comprehensive restoration and recoating of 28 independent stairwells serving 14 lobby access cores across Lake Villa’s three six-story condominium buildings. The project included full surface preparation, primer and high-performance coating application to the stairwells and service hallways, protective floor coatings, and the installation of 3M anti-slip safety markings throughout the stairs and landings. The restoration significantly improved durability, safety, visibility, and the overall appearance of one of the condominium’s most heavily used common areas.
