Luis has spent 20 years directing safety-critical, technically demanding projects — from heavy-industry and oil & gas megaprojects with complex multi-contractor logistics to South Florida building restoration. That arc is a credential, not an identity: it means Terra executes to specification, manages risk, and coordinates trades the way the most demanding work in the world requires. PMP-trained (PMBOK), Procore and OSHA certified, and seasoned inside a leading Florida engineering and reserve-study firm, he speaks the engineer-of-record's language fluently. As qualifying agent, he personally oversees specifications, safety, subcontractor logistics and schedule on every single job.
Viviana Garcia

Viviana is an industrial engineer with more than a decade delivering construction projects end to end. At Terra she leads project execution — façade restoration, concrete repair, roof and cooling-tower replacement, and 40-year recertification projects — bringing owner-representative experience, structured bidding processes, payment-application management, and steady board coordination. She works day to day in Procore and MS Project and is fully bilingual (EN/ES), keeping communication clear for both boards and crews.
