Terra Solutions completed the structural restoration of an air shaft within a condominium storage area. The project included selective demolition, structural repairs, installation of new reinforcement where required, cementitious restoration, and surface finishing to restore the shaft to its original condition while maintaining the integrity of the building’s mechanical system. The work was completed safely, efficiently, and in coordination with the condominium’s operations to minimize disruption.
