The Sterling Condominium – Structural Preparation

Terra Solutions performed selective interior demolition at The Sterling Condominium, an occupied oceanfront condominium in Miami Beach, as part of the building’s structural restoration program. Working in accordance with the structural engineer’s demolition plans, our team carefully removed drywall, metal framing, surface-mounted electrical conduit, and floor tile at designated balcony slider locations to fully expose the reinforced concrete columns, masonry walls, and structural slab from floor to ceiling. This work prepared the affected areas for structural inspection, temporary shoring, and the installation of reinforcement systems, while maintaining a safe, clean, and controlled work environment within an occupied residential unit.
